Check for any broken heads and cracked pipes, by running your sprinkler one zone at a time.

  3. Repair Siding

Check your siding. Are there any loose siding or shingles missing? Any post-winter rot? Repair those and retouch any stain it might need and chipped paint.

  4. Inspect The Roof

Look at your roof from across the street, from on your property, and if it safe on the roof. Look for curling, cracked, or missing shingles.

  5. Spruce Up The Front Door

Your front door, an area that makes the first impression for your guests. Spruce it up by a new coat of paint. Also, check the weather stripping and caulk any gaps.

  6. Clean The Driveway/Walkway

Make sure to clear away any debris than patch up cracks with a sealer. Seems obnoxious but in the long run, this will help keep your driveway around much longer.
